Sitting Room

Overlooking the sea, this room is designed for family living. Deep sofas and chairs, a large screen television with DVD player, a large bookcase with a wide selection of books to enjoy, and a sound system. The perfect place to curl up and watch the sea, or enjoy a movie.

Dining Room | Kitchen

Also with wonderful sea views, the kitchen and dining area is designed for entertaining. Gas fired cook top, two ovens, dishwasher and microwave and fully equipped for ten people. A bifold window opens out to the protected deck for easy entertaining.

Bunkroom

A large bedroom with two solid, built in bunks, bean bags and a television and DVD player. A great room for children.

Bedroom 1

A queen size bed, plenty of built in cupboards and french doors that open out to a small balcony overlooking the sea. Ceiling fan and air conditioned. The large ensuite bathroom opens from this bedroom.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 3

A smaller room with twin beds, and chest of drawers and hangers. Ceiling fans and air conditioning. A window seat overlooking the garden, and two windows overlooking the sea. Our favourite room!

Amenities & Outside

Bathrooms

Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have baths, separate shower cubicles, and hand basins. The toilets are separate in both bathrooms.

Laundry

Automatic washing machine, drier, laundry tub and a second refrigerator. Cleaning equipment is supplied and is stored in the laundry cupboards

Outside Deck

A gas barbecue, outside tables and chairs are supplied.

Garage

Room for two cars in a closed garage.
