A modern, light and spacious beach house on the Esplanade at Pt. Willunga, overlooking the Gulf of St. Vincent.

Stylishly furnished, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Southern Vales and Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.

A large sitting room with comfortable sofas encourages you to sit and look out over the sea. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room has seating for 10 and shares the sea views. The sitting room is furnished with a TV and a library of movies and books.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with sea views. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is a second bathroom with separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs is a large children’s bunk room with plenty of room for children to play. A bathroom, separate toilet, and a full laundry.

All main rooms have reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a gas fire in the sitting room.

Outside there is a barbecue, a large outdoor eating area, and plenty of lawn area.

All linen, except beach towels, is provided. All you have to bring is your own food and drink.

Sitting Room
Overlooking the sea, this room is designed for family living. Deep sofas and chairs, a large screen television with DVD player, a large bookcase with a wide selection of books to enjoy, and a sound system. The perfect place to curl up and watch the sea, or enjoy a movie.

Dining Room | Kitchen
Also with wonderful sea views, the kitchen and dining area is designed for entertaining. Gas fired cook top, two ovens, dishwasher and microwave and fully equipped for ten people. A bifold window opens out to the protected deck for easy entertaining.

A large bedroom with two solid, built in bunks, bean bags and a television and DVD player. A great room for children.

Bedroom 1
A queen size bed, plenty of built in cupboards and french doors that open out to a small balcony overlooking the sea. Ceiling fan and air conditioned. The large ensuite bathroom opens from this bedroom.

Bedroom 2
A queen size bed, plenty of built in cupboards and french doors that open out to a small balcony overlooking the sea, with ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3
A smaller room with twin beds, and chest of drawers and hangers. Ceiling fans and air conditioning. A window seat overlooking the garden, and two windows overlooking the sea. Our favourite room!

Amenities & Outside

Bathrooms
Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have baths, separate shower cubicles, and hand basins. The toilets are separate in both bathrooms.

Laundry
Automatic washing machine, drier, laundry tub and a second refrigerator. Cleaning equipment is supplied and is stored in the laundry cupboards.

Outside Deck
A gas barbecue, outside tables and chairs are supplied.

Garage
Room for two cars in a closed garage.
